This app developed on the scientific basis, can be used to measure the tubewell water flow rate. The app provides a simple, inexpensive and practical means of estimating flow rate from horizontal pipes.No special training is required. The user has to measure only the horzontal and vertical distances(as indicated on the home-image) and these values are filled in the app to know the discharge rate. The distances are measured when the flow rate is constant. This will help the user/farmers to apply the required quantity of water to their cropped field. The app has been developed by Former Head of department (Prof. A K Jain), Punjab Agricultural University(Ludhiana)India.
